Amy’s Angels

Established in 2014 by Bob Fiondella in memory of his cousin, Amy.  The goal is to provide guidance and financial assistance to families dealing with serious injury or illness.  Amy’s Angels allows people to focus on their recuperation rather than worry about their finances.

The Fiondella Family Foundation

The Foundation supports charitable organizations in the greater Hartford area.  It organizes and sponsors the annual Fiondella Charity Golf Tournament.  Established in 2004, the tournament has raised sizable donations benefiting such organizations as the Salvation Army, New Foundations, inc. Petit Family Foundation, the United Way and Boys and Girls Club of Bristol, CT.

New Foundations Inc.

Michael Gacek is on the Board of Directors of New Foundations Inc.  New Foundations Inc. was founded in 1987 as Hillside Acres in Wolcott, CT and was changed to New Foundations Inc. in 2007.  Their Peck Lane house was opened in 1987 followed by three more homes in 1988, 1990 and 1992. They currently provide homes for 21 residents.

The mission of New Foundations group homes is to provide a nurturing environment to our residents and to integrate each resident into the community. Our residents live with chronic disabilities.  We try to provide a family environment that improves the quality of life for each resident.
